​When a claim is withdrawn, the matter will be taken as concluded and there will be no further proceedings at the Tribunals. Only a claimant can withdraw a claim. Filing fees are not refundable.

For claims filed before 10 July 2017 (manually): Write in to the Tribunals to request to withdraw the claim (via letter, or by fax at 65364478 / 64355994). If you do not receive any response regarding the request to withdraw the claim, you are required to attend accordingly at the Consultation.

For claims filed on or after 10 July 2017 (CJTS): A claimant can withdraw a claim by completing the e-service "Withdrawal Request Form" on CJTS.
