Overview

There are various types of court payments which include bail, court fees and court fines. The table below provides an overview of the types of court payments and the respective payment modes available.

  The modes of payment at the kiosk are: 
   i. NETS – Payment limit set by user with bank
  ii. Cash – Up to $50,000
  iii. Cashier’s order – No payment limit

  The modes of payment at the kiosk are: 
   i. NETS – Payment limit set by user with bank
  ii. Credit card – Up $10,000 per transaction
  iii. Cash – No payment limit
  iv. Cashier’s order – No payment limit
  v. Local solicitor’s cheque – Up to $100,000 (payable to “Registrar State Courts”)

Overseas applicants without ICMS access

• Bank draft in Singapore Currency – No payment limit (payable to “Registrar State Courts”)
• Payment should include all bank charges and conversion fee

Note: Payment shall be made upon application, unless otherwise stated.

All payment shall be made online via eLitigation.
