The complete set of the State Courts Practice Directions (PD) is available in an electronic medium for the enhanced convenience of users. The PD can be accessed for use on a personal computer, and will be updated online for a paperless and instant amendment process.
Practice Directions and Registrar's Circulars are issued by the Court to supplement the Rules of Court by regulating court practice and procedure. Court users are expected to comply with all Practice Directions and Registrar's Circulars issued by the Court.

With effect from 17 October 2018, e-PD (beta) will be made available on the OpenDoc Platform which will allow the e-PDs to be more: • Readable - Documents will automatically adapt to all types of mobile devices, allowing for comfortable viewing, anytime, anywhere.• Searchable - Complex searches can be done extremely quickly with users getting relevant content much faster and more accurately.• Reachable - Documents can be accessed quickly and consistently, without having to separately download files onto a viewing device.

Users are invited to try out the system’s features and functionalities and provide feedback. Feedback can be submitted via a structured form on bit.ly/ePDStateCts. Your feedback received will be incorporated to improve the system.
Please note that as this is a pilot, the beta version of the e-PDs should not be relied upon as the authoritative version.
