The ICMS portal
The Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) was first launched in 2013. The ICMS is a
multi-agency, paperless e-filing and e-workflow case management system for the
administration of criminal cases. Used from the start of the prosecution
process when charges are filed, to the end when a verdict is given and sentence
is passed, the ICMS is used by the Courts, the Attorney-General’s Chambers, law
firms, the Police and law enforcement agencies, Prisons and accused persons.
ICMS can be accessed from https://icms.statecourts.gov.sg
Access by accused persons
Whether represented by counsel
or acting in person, accused persons can access their case information on ICMS
with their SingPass account.
Apart from being able to view
their case information on ICMS, accused persons who are acting in person will
be able to file certain applications online, such as an application to leave
jurisdiction. They will also be able to upload documents onto their case file,
for example, their mitigation plea and other supporting documents.
Accused persons who need help in
accessing and navigating the ICMS can contact our Call Centre at 1800-5878423
(1800-JUSTICE) for assistance or email contact@statecourts.gov.sg.
Please
note helpdesk support hours are from Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays): 0830 hours to 1800 hours. They can also refer to the ICMS Quick Guide
for accused persons.

follows:
Email: StateCourts_Crime_Registry@statecourts.gov.sg
The administrator of the law
practice is responsible for creating and deactivating accounts of counsel and
