Where reference is made to “Subordinate Courts” in any subsidiary legislation, contract, deed or document, it shall be read as a reference to the “State Courts”, unless the context states otherwise.

on or after 10 July 2017 (CJTS), please log in to CJTS to file the relevant e-services.

2. If any of the forms for proceedings at the Small Claims Tribunals are handwritten, please:
a. print and use only the PDF versions; and
