Amendment No 4 of 2017 (effective from 1 October 2017)

Amendments to prescribe a new form for indication on liability for industrial accident cases, set out new requirements for case-related correspondence and provide an additional mode for the service of the letter of claim and notice of commencement of court action for personal injury or motor accident cases.
