Required number of sets of documents and accompanying exhibits:
All the sets of documents and accompanying exhibits must be
identical to one another.
Every page must be paginated (i.e. numbered) consecutively, with the page number stated at the top right hand corner of the page.
Documents of 30 pages or less may be stapled at the top left hand corner of the paper firmly. Documents exceeding 30 pages must be bound with plastic ring binding or plastic spine thermal binding (Applicant: Red; Respondent: Blue) with a transparent cover in front and at the back.
All documents which are not written in English must be accompanied by an official translation into English.
To facilitate the hearing process, where the evidence is in the form of audio or video recordings (including CCTV recordings):
